What Information Is Collected?
Personally Identifiable Information' means any information that may be used to identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, home or other physical address, an email address, phone number or other contact information. ConnectEd may collect Personally Identifiable Information from you when you register to use our Sites and Services such as your name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number, age and gender.
We may also collect information related to how you will pay for Services, such as your payment type and billing address. If paid by credit card, we may ask for information including without limitation the card type, card number and expiration date. We also may offer payment by electronic funds transfer, in which case the information collected may include, but is not limited to, account type, account number, routing number, and level of service.
As part of optional questionnaires we may send to you in order to help us better understand the needs and preferences of our users, we may ask you for your age, gender, educational level, on-line interests, on-line activities, on-line purchasing practices, and personal preferences.
Web Site Usage
Our web servers log the standard information about website users, including the IP address of the user, URLs visited, and date/time visited. We use this information to analyze our website traffic and to improve our Sites.

ConnectEd does not rent, sell or share Personally Identifiable Information that it collects about you to or with third parties for third-party marketing purposes, unless you expressly consent and opt-in to such usage.
From time to time, ConnectEd may disclose personal information to third parties for other purposes, including without limitation to third parties who have been engaged to assist ConnectEd in serving you or providing marketing information to you on behalf of ConnectEd; provided, however, that these third parties will not be granted the right to use this information for their own marketing purposes. Examples of such use may include sharing payment information with third parties who provide payment services and sharing e-mail addresses with third party e-mail carriers who assist us in delivering e-mails to our users.
We may also disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process (such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, etc.); (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of ConnectEd or mitigate our liability in an actual or potential lawsuit; or (iii) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety or interests of users of ConnectEd, its web sites or the public. For example, in the event we receive a copyright and/or trademark infringement notice or other notice of any legal claim relating to content provided by you, we may share your contact information with the parties involved in the applicable dispute.
Security of Your Information
ConnectEd uses certain measures designed to protect the security of your information by technical security measures and by internal controls designed to restrict access to your information. No security measures are completely fail-safe or impervious to circumvention. We are not responsible for events beyond our control, including without limitation, failure of security measures, the malicious acts or willful misconduct of hackers or any other person.
The services detailed below are optional and provided as a convenience to you. Basic site functionality does not require that you make use of any of these services.
Google Drive. You may choose to allow access from our Sites to your Google Drive account as a convenient way to upload or attach files. When importing files from Google Drive, the Google file identifier and file name are stored. The permissions on the file may be adjusted to allow it to be accessible to other site users. In cases where a particular version of a file is significant, a copy of the file is requested in PDF format and stored on our servers.
Our Sites are hosted in the United States and are intended for United States visitors. If you are visiting from the European Union or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that you are transferring your personal data to the United States and by providing your personal data you expressly consent to that transfer.
